Letizia de Maigret our guest in Vienna,

The Hilger Art Gallery managed to invite Letizia de Maigret to a vernissage in Vienna. The artist will be present in person on Tuesday between 7 p.m. and 9 p.m. at Ballgasse 1 in downtown Vienna. Between July 21st and 29th, visitors can admire the works of art with free entry.

De Maigret received her education at the Parsons School of Design in New York and at the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London. Early on, the artist engaged in an ontological search without an answer and oriented her artistic research towards the search for meaning, origin, stability and change.

"In her latest works "Liquid Landscapes", the artist reflects on the threatened state of the world as a result of the industrial revolution. She dismantles her works inspired by Japanese screen prints and breaks the Zen Buddhist, harmonious representation of nature," says a release.

Must See: OUT-OF-THIS -WORLD ART

Dubai based artist Letizia de Maigret finds material for inspiration in dialogism. With Cosmic Horizons, she explores black holes and their horizons in their geometric, metaphysical and psychological dimensions.  Using mechanical and scientific means to affirm her belief in Parnassus, Letizia reconciles the search for knowledge and the admiration of mystery.

"FLOWING HOPE and RENEWAL"
From today, Galerie Hilger lures with particularly attractive eye-catchers and invites you to the vernissage of the artist Letizia de Maigret, who presents her new works under the title The Liquid Landscape. In it, de Maigret, who in
addition to the Parsons School of Design in New York also studied at the Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design in London, addresses the threatened state of the natural world due to the Industrial Revolution.
With Chinese ink and the ink technique "Haboku-Sansu" she creates abstract landscapes depicting melting bodies and flowing waves. This deliberate disruption on the canvases critiques the impending environmental catastrophe while warning of the dangers of the information revolution for humanity.
A particularly nice aspect: the works symbolize renewal, hope and the need to reflect on the human relationship to nature and the digital world.
